In recent years the artist built a new design studio in Dalsland. Here, in the beautiful Dalsland countryside, Ragnhild creates her designs on paper.The paper is then taken to Oslo and mounted behind the vertical threads (warp yarns) on the weaving loom.
From there a full metamorphosis takes place as the skills of the artist translate the basic design image.
