but I am pushing the needle.........
When I am finished weaving a tapestry, all the threads that hang at the back have to be inserted into the 'weave' of
the tapestry. Then the edges must be sewn to a stiff hessian binder and, finally, strong 'canvas type' cloth
must be sewn to the top areas of the tapestry so that the wooden bearer - by which the tapestry is fastened to
the wall, or hung at an exhibition, - can then be fastened to the 'canvas cloth'.
